Performance Experience
I have performed in many musical theater, opera producitons, recitals, concerts and have been a music director of churches for the last 10 years. Most recent roles include Jenny Lind in Barnum,and Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady.

I have a small studio at home until I can rent my own studio in the city. I can also travel to your home if convenient.

Personal Statement
I am a young twenty eight year old voice and piano instructor catering to both the young and old who love to sing and play. I help a beginner student really learn to love and appreciate his or her talents and learn more about the history and theory of music. I introduce famous composers and different genres of music. With my sacred music background I also add some history about church music if the student and family are open to it. My singing technique is that of the Bel Canto Singing which is a natural feeling. I don't believe in training the singer to cover or push in any way. When learning to expand the vocal registers and use the head voice there is a method and vocal exercises I use to overcome that awkward sound in the beginning. Of course training both the voice and piano takes many years to perfect and you will not see any immediate results in the first month. Every student must practice every day but not too much to cause strain. For the more mature beginer I concentrate on making the learning process both informative but also enjoyable. For the experienced and professional singer I use a serious and directive approach and concentrate on technique and tone. I can also coach for pageant performances as well.
