HubSpot integration
Seamlessly update and maintain location and lead data across platforms
Integrate your HubSpot CRM data with your Bullseye account data to access, manage, and analyze your data all in one place with advanced capabilities including:
- Simple set up and effortless management
- Customizable field mapping
- Powerful filters to limit shareable data
- Helpful history and synchronization details
How it works:
- First we connect your desired Bullseye account to HubSpot, configuring and enabling the integration.
- Company data flows from HubSpot to Bullseye automatically, or anytime you want with the click of a button.
- Enable or disable optional fields so that only the data you want is shared with Bullseye and shown on the locator. This can be edited or resynced at any time to update the data.
- Create simple or complex filters to limit the locations that will be displayed on the locator.
- Detailed logging will uncover any data issues that may arise.
- You can edit or disable the integration, or disconnect from Hubspot any time.
HubSpot App FAQs
Bullseye HubSpot app is free with any Bullseye subscription.
We expect to have a Bullseye lead to Hubspot contact integration completed by the end of October. In the future, we plan to have Bullseye lead to HubSpot deal integration as well as a HubSpot contact to Bullseye Location integration. Contact us if there is something you wish to do that we cannot currently support.
Bullseye provides a filter-building feature that allows you to select a subset of the records in HubSpot. The filter tab on the integration has a tool for building the query in HubSpot format in order to get only the records you want. The tool supports multiple filters as long as the operation between the filter phrases is AND. The filter does support OR, but needs to be added manually in the editor. A common use of the filter is to create a HubSpot property called “show on locator”, then create a filter to only select those locations that have that property set to “True”.
The integration has a history tab that keeps track of every time the integration runs. It includes the time of the run as well as a count of records that succeeded and records that failed. If you click on the “details” tab, you’ll be able to see the details of each record. The error message for records that have failed is indicated in the “output” link. Most of these errors will be related to missing required data fields.
Once the integration runs, you can make changes to mapping as well as to the filter options. These changes will be reflected the next time the integration runs.
Sometimes, you just want to start again. In this scenario, the “sync” option allows you to delete all the locations that have been integrated and perform a new synchronization that takes into account any new mappings or filterings.
Because Bullseye looks for records in HubSpot that have been modified or added since the last time the integration ran, there are certain scenarios where changes may not be reflected. For example, if you change filters or mappings on the Bullseye side, hitting “run” to rerun the integration may miss records if they have not been updated in HubSpot. In this case, your best option is to run the “sync” process to reset and get all the records that match your mapping and filter criteria.
Bullseye provides a variety of support options. Chat and phone are available during business hours on EST. Email is available after hours depending on availability.
